Klinecky, Panacek earn FPHL awards
SYRACUSE, N.Y.- The Federal Prospects Hockey League recognized defenseman Daniel Klinecky and forward Petr Panacek with end-of-year awards for outstanding play this season.
Panacek paced the team with 69 points, earmarking a nice season for the Czech forward. His 25 goals this season are a single-season career high for the native of Vysocany. Panacek was also second on the team and second in the league with a +44 rating.
As a rookie, Daniel Klinecky tied for second on the team in points at 60 and led the team and the league with a +53 rating.

As a team, the Thunderbirds finished with the highest number of wins, the best win percentage and the most standings points in the FPHL.
