Statement regarding COVID-19

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Carolina Thunderbirds, proud members of the Federal Prospects Hockey League, have suspended operations effectively immediately until further notice, and are in support of the decision made by league officials to suspend the league made this afternoon.

The Thunderbirds front office will be contacting all season ticket holders and those who have purchased group tickets to coordinate a solution for possible missed games. 

The Carolina Thunderbirds are committed to the safety and health of all players, coaches, staff and patrons during this health crisis.
